Define New Business Strategy (Warm Restart)
A Step in a Management Maneuver in the Mezzanine Stage of Startup Development

Defining a new business strategy is a step in the process of restarting the Company. The Warm Restart is designed to boost momentum by shedding excess baggage. It's not a necessary part of the maneuver to draw up a new strategy, but with new ownership and control, it's normally a good time to make minor tweeks or major changes to the strategy. In fact, when radical change is required, the Warm Restart can be carried out in conjunction with another radical maneuver: Reinventing the Company.
