Entrepreneur
Andreas co-founded two digital marketing agencies. The second agency received investor funding, grew to 175 employees, and was sold in 2012.

Marketing Manager
At Dialpad Andreas was employee #12, and the company grew from zero to 16 million users in one year, the fastest-growing company in history at the time.

Andreas has managed marketing functions, particularly SEO for leading Silicon Valley companies such as Cisco, SGI, SUN, Brio, and Acxiom.

At Cisco, as Manager of Global SEO, Andreas developed strategy and tactics for enterprise-grade SEO in 40 languages in 84 countries, incl. Google, Bing, Baidu, and Yandex.

At Acxiom, a Silicon Valley marketing technology and services company, Andreas was Director of Digital Marketing and worked with Fortune 200 companies, including ATT, CitiBank, Chase, and others.

Andreas was the analytics and SEO strategist for Stanford's Graduate School of Business (Stanford's MBA school).

Consultant
For several global organizations, Andreas manages several hundred thousand dollars in monthly ad spend with 80,000 keywords in 42 languages in 130 countries. Andreas has been an SEO consultant for Stanford and manages PPC for MIT.

At Dialpad Andreas was employee #12, and the company grew from zero to 16 million users in one year, the fastest-growing company in history at the time.

MIT asked Andreas to manage their $1m Google Foundation Grant for the OpenCourseWare Project. He grew MIT's traffic from 52 visits per day to 17,500 visits per day and dropped cost-per-click from $0.70 to $0.07 to bring 4.1 million people by using 50,000 keywords in 14 languages. He's been managing this since 2005. MIT placed Andreas on their thank-you page between Google and the United Nations.

Harvard University Medical School pediatric research hospital is Boston Children's Hospital (BCH) asked Andreas to manage their $1m Google Foundation Grant. He added 12,800 keywords in 18 languages (all European languages plus Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, and Russian). Within two weeks, he achieved a 10% worldwide market share for pediatrics for only $300 per day.
